Due to the perishable nature of coffee and our commitment to freshness and quality, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any coffee products once an order has been placed.
Why We Have This Policy
Coffee is a consumable product. Once it leaves our roastery, we cannot guarantee its integrity if returned, and we'd never resell it. This policy protects every customer's experience.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind every bag we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
